This hands-on position manages billing, revenue, receivables, payables, and general accounting operations. You will work independently while staying connected with a remote team. Professional collaboration with colleagues, clients, and third-party suppliers is essential to daily success.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare, edit, finalize, and distribute prebills and invoices
Process electronic billing and post client payments
Monitor outstanding balances and support collections efforts
Manage vendors and process online banking payments
Review accounts, adjust GL entries, and handle wire transfers
Requirements:
Accounting, Finance, or related diploma or degree
At least three years as an Accounting Clerk
Experience in legal or related professional environments
Commitment to LSO regulations and operational standards
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Apply legal accounting, billing, and financial records expertise while supporting Bluestar’s client law firms across daily operations.
