Cycle Bookkeeper Cross-Border Accounting

Manage full-cycle accounting for Loonie Times Custom Mascots & Plush, supporting Canadian and U.S. financial operations with precision.

This full-time Bookkeeper maintains accurate records across accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, expenses, accruals, and inventory. The position prepares invoices, supports reporting, and helps keep financial operations efficient and cost-conscious. Experience with Canadian and U.S. accounting is central.

• Manage full-cycle accounting across Canadian and U.S. operations
• Prepare invoices and record transactions accurately
• Process ACH/EFT and wire payments
• Reconcile bank and credit card accounts
• Handle GST/HST, WSIB, and U.S. tax filings

• Three to five years of full-cycle bookkeeping experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency with Quick Books Online/Desktop, Sage, and Excel
• Understanding of GAAP and multi-currency transactions
• Ability to manage confidential information accurately
