Controller Financial Reporting

Lead financial reporting and analysis as a Sector Controller, supporting accurate statements, timely deadlines, and operational decision-making. This role is based in an office and Operations environment.

As Sector Controller, you will lead Senior District Accountants while overseeing monthly and quarterly reporting. You will review balance sheets, operating statements, client reporting, and billings. The position requires accounting analysis, internal controls, audit support, and strong communication with Operations and senior management.

• Lead and support Senior District Accountants
• Oversee accurate monthly and quarterly financial reporting
• Provide accounting analysis for financial statements
• Review balance sheets and operating statements
• Support audits, controls, and process improvements

• Post-secondary accounting degree or diploma
• Accounting designation or equivalent work experience
• Five years of financial accounting experience
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational abilities
