Intermediate Financial Reporting Accountant

Month-end reporting and account reconciliations define this Intermediate Accountant opportunity, supporting accurate financial operations and cross-functional collaboration.

The Intermediate Accountant executes timely close activities and supports day-to-day financial operations. This role contributes to process improvements, system enhancements, and financial goal alignment. Core work includes journal entries, accruals, intercompany transactions, reconciliations, and reporting.

• Complete month-end close activities and related reporting tasks
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and investigate discrepancies
• Reconcile billing systems, TMS interfaces, and ERP data
• Conduct variance analysis and lead month-end results reviews
• Support reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit preparation

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• Three to five years of accounting experience
• CPA designation in progress preferred
• Ability to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Experience supporting accurate financial reporting activities
