Billing coordination and customer service define this Administrative Coordinator position supporting Operations and service delivery at GDI Ainsworth. Accuracy matters across every invoice.
This Administrative Coordinator supports internal and external customers while managing contract administration and billing processes. The work includes proposals, invoices, reconciliations, work orders, and customer portals. Collaboration helps maintain service delivery flow and client KPI performance.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare maintenance contract costing sheets and proposal letters
- Assemble and submit invoice packages
- Review work orders, notes, timesheets, and material usage
- Verify pricing, markups, rates, and warranty status
- Reconcile data and manage aged WIP items
- Related post-secondary education or equivalent experience
- Two to four years billing or accounting experience
- Understanding of service and contract billing processes
- ERP or service management software experience
- Strong accuracy, organization, and computer proficiency
Use billing expertise, customer focus, and careful reconciliation to support Ainsworth service operations and accurate client invoicing.
