Ontario Above Guideline Rent Increase experience leads this Revenue Accountant opportunity supporting residential rent administration and accounting. Yardi expertise is required.
This position supports revenue accounting and rent administration in a residential property management environment. You will assist with Ontario AGI activities and use Yardi for related property accounting work. Accurate records, documentation, attention to detail, and organization remain central.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with the Ontario Above Guideline Rent Increase process
- Support rent administration within residential property management
- Perform related residential property accounting activities using Yardi
- Support revenue accounting activities and accurate records
- Maintain revenue-related documentation
- Hands-on experience with the Ontario AGI process
- Experience using Yardi in residential property management
- Previous experience in revenue accounting
- Residential property accounting or related property experience
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
