Operations Accounting Controller

Lead operations accounting with cost accounting knowledge, internal controls expertise, and clear financial communication. This Regional Operations Controller guides teams and business decisions.

You will lead or support location accounting departments while developing monthly dashboards and analysis. The position manages top-down and bottom-up budgeting and forecasting processes. It also evaluates projects, validates business cases, and provides financial structure to ongoing initiatives.

• Maintain and enhance internal controls across locations
• Develop monthly reporting metrics and dashboards
• Compile budgeting information and manage assumptions
• Evaluate options and validate strategic business cases
• Recruit, coach, motivate, and retain high-performing employees

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline
• CPA designation considered an asset
• Seven-plus years accounting or finance experience
• Three-plus years management experience
• Ability to manage pressure, priorities, and deliverables
