B2B Collections Representative

This full-time Collections Representative supports the Finance team in Mississauga. The position requires at least three years of collections experience, strong B2B collections experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial software. You will investigate payment discrepancies, maintain accounts receivable records, and support cash flow through collection strategies.

• Contact B2B customers about overdue invoices and outstanding accounts
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies
• Collaborate with Sales and internal departments on account issues
• Maintain accurate accounts receivable records and reporting
• Monitor aging reports and implement collection strategies

• At least three years of collections experience
• Strong B2B collections experience
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software
• Strong organization and attention to detail
