Finance and Payroll Administrator

Manage payroll, reconciliations, and financial reporting in Mississauga while working fully on-site initially before transitioning to hybrid work.

This permanent, full-time Finance and Payroll Administrator supports an established manufacturing organization. The work connects accounting operations with budgeting, payroll, and financial analysis. You will collaborate with senior finance leadership, finance, payroll, and operations teams while supporting accurate business decisions.

• Maintain accurate financial records within accounting systems
• Complete weekly and monthly account reconciliations
• Support month-end close, journal entries, and general ledger maintenance
• Prepare accruals and contribute to budgeting activities
• Coordinate weekly plant payroll processing and expense recording

• Five or more years of accounting or financial analysis experience
• Post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
• Strong ERP and payroll systems experience
• Understanding of reconciliations, accruals, and month-end close
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
