As part of the Assess Med team, your role will involve direct interaction with clients and efficient management of office procedures. You will handle a variety of tasks including greeting visitors, answering phones, and ensuring the reception area is welcoming and organized. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills looking to thrive in a busy environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients at the front desk and manage intake processes
• Ensure examinees are checked in and service forms are complete
• Manage calls with accuracy and professionalism
• Oversee office supplies inventory and mail distribution
• Conduct data entry and maintain filing systems
Requirements:
• Medical Office Assistant Certificate or diploma
• 1+ years relevant administrative experience
• 45 WPM typing speed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Multi-tasking ability in a deadline-driven environment
