About the Opportunity
We are hiring an organized and proactive Operations Coordinator to support core business operations, with a strong focus on data accuracy, process execution, and team collaboration.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
Day‑to‑Day Operational Support
Assist with daily operational processes, including account updates, enrollments, billing activities, and issue resolution
Process and validate customer information, ensuring accuracy across systems and documentation
Identify and correct data inconsistencies in both internal systems and external records
Support the handling of exceptions, rejections, and operational discrepancies
Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders related to account or process issues
Data & Systems Coordination
Maintain organized and accurate records across different platforms and file structures
Support data integrity initiatives by assisting with audits and clean‑up activities
Work with internal teams to troubleshoot basic system or data‑related issues
Help ensure consistent application of operational procedures and standards
Team & Project Support
Collaborate with team members to meet operational targets and deadlines
Contribute to ongoing process improvement initiatives
Participate in team projects and provide administrative or operational support as required
Build effective relationships with internal partners across departments
What You Bring
College diploma or university degree in Business or a related field
2+ years of experience in an operational, administrative, or data‑focused role
Strong experience working with data, systems, and file management
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint)
Key Skills & Attributes
Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
Team‑oriented with strong interpersonal skills
Comfortable explaining processes or technical details in a simple way

The pay range for this position is $55,000.00 - $65,000.00/yr.
