Onyx-Fire Protection Services Inc. is the fastest growing full-service fire protection company.
At this time, we are seeking a Service/Scheduling Coordinator.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the coordinating with technicians and customer as needed.
Answer phones and direct calls as required
Proven experience as an Administrative assistant or Office admin assistant
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
Excellent typing and data entry skills
Ability to deal effectively and courteously with all staff, customers and general public
Customer service is a must.
A proven team player with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
Strong understanding and commitment to the requirements of confidentiality
Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to multi-task
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
A positive, can-do attitude and customer focused approach that will enable you to deal with challenging situations with integrity, empathy and sincerity
Create, manage, and close service call work orders, ensuring accurate updates across internal systems and client portals

Qualifications & Skills
Post-secondary education in Business, Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Strong customer service orientation with a professional and positive approach.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word); experience with client portals or CRM systems is an asset
