Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and edit transaction documentation accurately
• Prepare payments to minimize risk exposure
• Collaborate with finance for productive payment processing
• Track metrics to provide transaction insights
• Deliver quality work consistently while meeting deadlines
Requirements:
• 1–2 years in administrative or bookkeeping roles
• Experience in payment processing is a plus
• Strong time management skills for multiple tasks
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities
• Must work onsite in Mississauga
