In this position, you will support day-to-day facility operations by overseeing procurement processes and maintaining documentation. A focus on financial awareness is crucial as you help ensure timely acquisition of goods and services across multiple facilities. Your ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing tasks will be key in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the Facility Services team
• Maintain service contracts and vendor compliance records
• Track work orders and coordinate with contractors
• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders as per company guidelines
• Prepare monthly procurement and spending reports
Requirements:
• Diploma in Business or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in facilities administration and procurement
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with ERP systems like Oracle or SAP
Support operational efficiency at Hatch through effective procurement and facility management.
