The Customs Administrator is responsible for organizing and managing customs documentation. You will match advice notifications with arrivals, input electronic clearance data, and prepare B3 documentation for customs duties. This position also includes submitting monthly LVS entries and verifying delivery notes against invoices.
Key Responsibilities:
• Match arrival notifications with advice notifications daily
• Input data for electronic clearance of shipments
• Prepare and transmit B3 documents to customs
• Submit monthly LVS entries for low value shipments
• Research NAFTA guidelines for re-exporting goods
Requirements:
• University or college degree/diploma
• Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) designation
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Familiarity with SAP and Canadian customs process
