D&H Canada is seeking a detail-oriented Admin Assistant for a contract position in Mississauga, working full-time Monday through Friday. This role emphasizes accurate documentation and financial processes.
As part of our team, the Admin Assistant will perform essential tasks at our Mississauga location. Primary duties involve scanning documents, converting currency for orders, and ensuring rebate tracking aligns monthly. The ideal candidate will have a strong organizational background and the ability to work independently.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scan documents like BOLs and RA receipts
• Convert US orders to CAD billing
• Track rebate removals to align with financial records
• Back-up for bank reconciliations and AP coding
• Address various ad hoc issues with research
Requirements:
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite tools
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Dependable with a high degree of professionalism
