This role is ideal for an administrative professional with at least five years of experience in a related capacity. You'll support various project activities, including managing expenses for field crews and maintaining essential documentation. Strong proficiency in Office applications is necessary to excel in this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in business development for clean energy initiatives
• Oversee field crew data entry and invoicing process
• Proofread and enhance quality of reports and quotations
• Maintain organized documentation and project files
• Review tender documents and assist in meetings
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years in an administrative role
• Relevant administrative training (DEP, AEC, or DEC)
• Strong knowledge of Office software applications
• Excellent attention to detail and resourcefulness
• Bilingual English and French is an asset
