You will serve as a key liaison within the CVH Operating Room, responsible for managing patient data, addressing inquiries, and maintaining effective communication among departments.

Your role will contribute to improving patient experiences and ensuring the smooth operation of the unit, emphasizing strong organizational and teamwork abilities. Proficiency with Epic is an added advantage for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage patient information and communications

• Process appointment bookings and cancellations

• Maintain patient charts and critical data

• Assist with scheduling and payroll support

• Answer inquiries via phone and in person

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; healthcare administration education preferred

• Previous experience in administrative roles

• Experience interacting with patients and clinical teams

• Strong computer and data entry skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
