Contracts Administrator

Position: Contracts Administrator at City
Take charge of contract management as a Contracts Administrator for the City of Mississauga. This hybrid role focuses on overseeing service contracts and improving operational efficiency.

As a Contracts Administrator, you will report to the Manager of Facilities Service Operations and manage day-to-day service contracts for cleaning and custodial services across City facilities. Your responsibilities will include processing work orders, conducting inspections, and ensuring compliance with safety guidelines. You will also engage in the tendering process to procure necessary services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create and issue service work orders based on requests

• Process incoming invoices efficiently

• Conduct site visits to address ongoing issues

• Develop and manage service contracts effectively

• Monitor budget control for relevant contracts

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education required

• 3-5 years experience in custodial services

• Strong communication skills, both oral and written

• Valid driver's license and vehicle access

• Familiarity with SAP and Microsoft Office preferred
