This role offers hands-on experience in document management and financial reconciliations, Monday to Friday.
In this contract position, you’ll support our Mississauga location, working 40 hours a week. You will be responsible for scanning documents, converting U.S. orders to CAD, and tracking rebate removals. Your problem-solving skills will shine as you resolve issues and back up various accounting tasks when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
• Scan and manage warehouse documents efficiently
• Convert U.S. orders to CAD billing accurately
• Track and reconcile monthly rebate removals
• Resolve ad-hoc issues with attention to detail
• Provide backup for invoicing and bank reconciliations
Requirements:
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite skills
• Strong multitasking and prioritization abilities
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Qualified communication skills, both verbal and written
• Dependable and professional in workplace interactions
