KGS Group is seeking a motivated Administrative Assistant/Receptionist to enhance its administrative team. With a focus on supporting operations, your skills in document control and customer service will be key in managing letters, reports, and visitor interactions. This role may be extended based on organizational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide document control and administrative assistance
• Log and manage documents via control software
• Greet visitors and manage office phone calls
• Plan events for conferences and training activities
• Maintain office supplies inventory and equipment
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years of administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities
• Post-secondary certificate/diploma in administration preferred
Utilize your organizational skills and attention to detail to support KGS Group's administrative excellence in Mississauga.
