In this key position, you will provide high-level administrative assistance to three Canadian leaders while coordinating the Risk Management & Control Board's activities.
Your role is critical in ensuring effective communication, organization, and governance processes across multiple business areas.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver proactive administrative support to Canadian Leadership Team
• Organize and coordinate crucial meetings and logistics
• Handle confidential documents with integrity and professionalism
• Track action items and maintain governance documentation accurately
• Enhance operations through process improvements and best practices
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in executive or administrative support roles
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities
• Strong written and verbal communication competencies
• Proficient in Microsoft 365 and document management tools
• Flexible to work in a hybrid model with onsite requirements
