Reporting to the Property Manager, your role includes handling Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, and acting as the first line of support for residents. With an emphasis on customer service, you will manage tenant documentation, process rental applications, and train staff in administrative functions. If organization and multitasking excite you, this position is ideal.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage resident inquiries with prompt service
• Process rental applications efficiently
• Draft tenancy agreements and update records
• Handle accounts receivable and ensure accurate deposits
• Provide administrative support during team member absences
Requirements:
• Background in financial management and accounting
• Experience in residential property a strong asset
• Customer-focused with problem-solving aptitude
• Proficient in MS Office and various management software
• Excellent communication abilities to liaise effectively
