Fed Ex offers a dynamic position for an Operations Administrative Agent who will assist in achieving departmental goals. You’ll need a high school diploma with secretarial courses or business training, and two years of customer-facing experience, including at least one year in an administrative role. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential to succeed in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support station/call center operations and management
• Coordinate administrative tasks to assist senior management
• Liaise with internal and external customers and suppliers
• Maintain organized office procedures and documentation
• Conduct mandatory testing and training as required
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent with secretarial training
• Two years in customer contact; one in administration
• Proficient in MS Office tools
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be bilingual if located in Quebec
