You'll provide vital administrative support to the Payor Solutions team, ensuring data integrity, managing client referrals, and facilitating communications.
Your role will include triaging call center inquiries and collaborating closely with insurance and healthcare stakeholders, making strong customer service skills essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Liaise with clients, pharmacies, and support programs
• Manage inbound calls and email communications
• Triage program referrals into CRM systems
• Provide administrative support to the Program Manager
• Maintain data accuracy and assist in file cleanup
Requirements:
• Bilingual in French and English, spoken and written
• Experience in insurance or healthcare preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Minimum one year in an administrative role
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Your expertise in customer relations and administrative tasks will be vital in supporting Bayshore's mission.
