This role demands expertise in managing complex tasks and providing excellent client service within a professional services setting. You will collaborate with team members, manage calendars, and coordinate essential logistical support for meetings.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review, prepare, and modify a variety of documents
• Manage calendars, emails, invoicing, and A/R for leaders
• Maintain client accounts in the CRM platform
• Record minutes of meetings and manage logistics
• Organize travel arrangements and filing systems
Requirements:
• Post-secondary education in business administration preferred
• 5+ years of complex administrative experience
• Strong focus on client service for internal and external clients
• Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
