The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities and above-average computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office. You'll play a critical role in office organization and support various functions to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate the telephone system for interoffice communication
• Manage general office tasks like ordering supplies
• Open, route, and prepare incoming and outgoing mail
• Arrange travel plans and compile meeting documents
• Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and reports
Requirements:
• 1+ year certificate or relevant experience
• At least 1 year as an Administrative Assistant
• Superior communication skills and computer proficiency
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
