Compensation: $18 per hour

The impact you will have
As a Document Management Assistant(Summer Intern), you will play a key role in the Finance Department, with a document digitization and records management project .
As the Document Management Assistant (Summer Intern), you will be responsible for:
- Maintain an organized work area and manage physical files throughout the digitization process.
- Scanning paper documents using office scanning equipment and software.
- Verify scanned documents for completeness and accuracy.
- Create and maintain records of completed scanning and filing activities.
- Ensure confidential and sensitive information is handled securely and in accordance with company policies
The skills you will need
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working with large volumes of documents.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Commitment to maintaining accurate records and data quality.
