Our client, a well-established professional organization, is seeking an Examination Content Development Assistant to join their team on a5-month contract with potential for extension
. This hybrid opportunity is ideal for a tech-savvy, organized, and detail-oriented administrative professional with experience supporting projects, committees, and stakeholders.

Compensation & Benefits
  • Compensation: $23 – $25/hour
  • 5-month contract with potential for extension
  • Full-time, 40 hours/week (1 hour lunch unpaid)35 hours
  • Hybrid role based in Mississauga, ON
  • Flexible hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Free onsite parking
  • Must be available to work onsite during examination dates, including October 13-17, 2026, with a 6:00 AM start on Saturday, October 17
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate oral examination training videos and recruit volunteer physicians
  • Maintain and update examination resources on SharePoint and the website
  • Organize committee and stakeholder meetings
  • Coordinate and distribute committee assignments
  • Process expenses, reimbursements, and travel requests with the Finance team
  • Provide support during examination days and Examiner Training Day
  • Keep documents and information organized and up to date
  • Manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Qualifications
  • College diploma in Arts, Science, Education, or a related field
  • 2+ years of administrative and project coordination experience
  • Experience supporting committees, stakeholders, or external groups
  • 2+ years of experience using SharePoint or similar shared platforms
  • Strong Microsoft Office, Teams, and Zoom skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization
  • Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
  • Reliable, mature, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Must be available to work occasional weekends
