Position: Claims Support and File Management Specialist
Join our team as a Claims Support and File Management Specialist, focusing on claims processing and administrative tasks within our organization. This position ensures efficient handling of claims and correspondence.

As a critical member of our claims team, you will be responsible for file management, opening new claims, and assisting claims adjusters. You will sort and distribute incoming correspondence and complete administrative tasks such as printing and scanning. Prioritizing communication and accuracy, you will work towards improving processes and supporting our customers effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Open and manage claims, assigning adjusters as needed

• Handle file storage and retrieval for closed claims

• Process and distribute correspondence promptly

• Conduct plate searches and MVR processing

• Suggest improvements for streamlined processes

Requirements:

• High School or College Diploma, business/administration preferred

• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience

• Strong computer and data entry skills

• Effective communication abilities with a focus on customer service

• Must be eligible to work in Canada, no Canadian experience required
