Clinical Administrative Assistant

Our client is seeking a Clinical Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Clinical Administrative Assistant, you will be part of the Clinical Operations department supporting the global clinical trial teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a customer service-oriented mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?

Collaborate with clinical trial teams across different countries to execute payment and administrative activities.

Verify visit information and procedures in clinical trial systems and Excel templates.

Generate reports to consolidate payment proposals by country, including Investigator, Site, and Patient details.

Manage payments for research sites through various systems such as SAP, CCOPS, My Buy, and Veeva.

Assist research sites with account reconciliation requests and payment inquiries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
