What it’s like to be a Federated Receptionist & Sales Service Representative

Working within a fast-paced office, we need someone with exceptional communication and organizational skills to handle inbound calls, mail and visitors in the Mississauga office. Our Office Administrator will work closely with all the team members to support and process administrative tasks to ensure the office is running smoothly. We want your relent!

• Customer Service & Communication
• Handling high-volumes of calls
• Attention to detail
• Post-Secondary education (College or University)
• 2 years of front-line Office Service experience
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Team-first mentality

The base salary range for this role is $38,000–$58,000, reflecting expected base pay — not the total compensation package. Actual base salary may vary depending on your experience, skills, and alignment with the position.
