This full-time position focuses on vendor file requests and document-location questions. You will search approved folders and online indexes, compare identifiers, and record clear status notes. The work requires careful attention to versions, permissions, owners, and review markers.

Review assigned document-location questions
Search approved vendor folders and online indexes
Match vendors, locations, document types, and versions
Share permitted links with authorized colleagues
Flag missing, outdated, or restricted documents
Requirements:
Comfort navigating online folders and repositories
Ability to compare vendor and document identifiers
Ability to write accurate status notes
Understanding of access permissions and approval markers
Customer service, administration, records, or procurement experience helpful
Support verified vendor document access through careful searching, version checking, permission awareness, and traceable administrative communication remotely.
