What you'll do   Conduct thorough cleaning and detailing of vehicles, both interior and exterior, to ensure they meet our quality standards.
Utilize various cleaning products and tools, including waxes, polishes, and steam cleaners, to enhance the appearance of vehicles.
Inspect vehicles for any damage or imperfections and report findings to the management team.
Perform minor touch-ups and repairs to paintwork and upholstery as needed.
Maintain an organized and efficient workspace, ensuring all tools and supplies are properly stored and accounted for.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of detailing tasks, especially during peak periods.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any client inquiries or concerns regarding the detailing process.
Stay updated on the latest detailing techniques and products to continuously improve service quality.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
Assist in training new team members on best practices and company standards for vehicle detailing.
Participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance, share feedback, and suggest improvements.
Contribute to maintaining a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements   Minimum of 2 years of experience in automotive detailing or a related field.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with various detailing products, tools, and techniques.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong communication skills to interact with team members and customers professionally.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting and moving equipment.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and care is a plus.
Nice to have   Certification in automotive detailing or a related field.

Experience with paint correction and ceramic coatings.
Knowledge of eco-friendly detailing products and practices.
Previous experience in a customer-facing role.
Bilingual abilities, particularly in English and French, are an asset.
Skills & tools  The ideal candidate will be proficient in using a variety of detailing tools and equipment, including high-pressure washers, vacuums, polishers, and steam cleaners. Familiarity with different types of cleaning agents and their appropriate applications is essential. Additionally, strong organizational skills will help in managing tasks efficiently, while effective communication skills will enhance teamwork and customer interactions.

Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada and should be prepared to undergo a background check as part of the hiring process.
