Key Responsibilities:

• Update ASE with detailed customer interaction information

• Guide customers through the repair process, ensuring satisfaction

• Comply with all insurance requirements and communication practices

• Participate in daily production walks with management teams

• Create estimates using Audatex and Mitchell systems

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience

• Minimum one year in collision repair estimates

• Basic computer and scheduling tool skills

• Knowledge of Mitchell, Audatex, and other related systems

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
