• Complete quarterly branch assessments and drive necessary changes
• Oversee the you’re appreciated employee program
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing preferred
• 3-6 years in customer experience or related fields
• Exceptional communication and analytical skills
• Proficient with Microsoft 365 applications and CRM tools
• Ability to travel one week per month
