As part of Stelumar's commitment to safe operations, you will implement and enhance an effective health and safety program. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure all regulatory and operational safety standards are met while providing training and support to staff across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement comprehensive Health & Safety programs
• Regularly inspect facilities and conduct safety audits
• Investigate and report on workplace incidents
• Promote health and safety best practices
• Liaise with external agencies and contractors
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent experience
• 5-7 years in health and safety management
• Experience in technology-driven manufacturing
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills
• Excellent understanding of OHS Act and related processes
