We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Product Manager to join our growing product team. As a Technical Product Manager, you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of product features that enhance customer engagement through our OMNI ordering platform. Your primary focus will be ensuring that product, pricing, and offer information is accurate, comprehensive, and optimized for usability.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineering, design, marketing, and sales—to translate business needs into actionable requirements, prioritize development efforts, and drive high-quality, user-friendly solutions. This role requires strong leadership in Agile practices, a deep understanding of the software development lifecycle, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  Roadmap:
  
  Own the product roadmap and execution for assigned features, driving initiatives from concept to launch in alignment with business goals.
• Requirements & Backlog Management: Gather, analyze, and translate business and user needs into clear product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Maintain and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
• Agile Delivery Leadership: Lead Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives), ensuring team alignment, collaboration, and efficient delivery throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive product development, go-to-market execution, and effective communication across teams.
