Business Specialist

The Business Specialist plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency, business intelligence, and program execution across our dealer network. In this dynamic position, you will own dealer program administration, financial risk and KPI analysis, business partner reviews, and reseller compliance monitoring.

• Lead end-to-end administration of dealer performance and incentive programs, including data collection, calculation, quarterly results tabulation, and continuous program enhancements.
• Consolidate and evaluate dealer financial data, performance metrics, and operational trends to generate actionable business insights.
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of dealer financial health, preparing supporting documentation and risk profiles to support strategic decision-making.
• Support the vetting of prospective business partners by collecting and analyzing financial, operational, and compliance data.
• Administer national Export & Reseller monitoring. Audit deal files, conduct initial reviews against corporate policies, and collaborate with Senior Specialists on investigations, enforcement, and remediation.
• Provide analytical support for high-impact departmental initiatives, including Preferred Vendor agreements and Buy/Sell process optimizations.
• Support the development, testing, and deployment of AI-enabled tools, automated business intelligence dashboards, and streamlined digital workflows.
• Modernize reporting capabilities and dealer communications to eliminate operational friction and enhance overall network effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in financial analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or operations support (automotive or dealer network experience is a plus).
• Proficiency in leveraging data to drive business decisions. Strong experience with Power BI, advanced data visualization, and emerging AI productivity tools.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities (complex modeling, formulas, data manipulation) and expert-level PowerPoint skills for creating executive-ready presentations.
• Strong ability to synthesize complex data into clear findings, tailoring messages across cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders.
• Critical thinker capable of identifying risks, troubleshooting bottlenecks, and implementing scalable solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional project and time-management skills; proven ability to manage competing priorities independently with minimal supervision.
• Willingness to travel periodically as business needs require.
