Key Responsibilities:

• Lead projects to improve national L&D processes

• Assess stakeholder impacts and facilitate change

• Standardize tools and reporting practices for L&D

• Seek opportunities for automation and efficiency

• Utilize data to assess learning outcomes and make recommendations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience

• 5-7 years in operations, project management, or L&D

• Knowledge of HR technology and learning design

• Strong change management and stakeholder alignment

• Comfortable analyzing data for actionable insights
