Elevate customer satisfaction as a Senior Customer Experience Manager ng your expertise in marketing research to define and measure impactful customer experiences.
This critical role partners closely with the Customer Experience Director to create and manage customer engagement strategies. You will oversee research projects, influence business objectives, and solve complex customer challenges while enhancing our comprehensive health tech platform. Collaborating across multiple stakeholders, your insights will directly improve outcomes for over 30,000 provider organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Influence stakeholders to adopt effective customer experience perspectives
• Oversee quantitative and qualitative research projects consistently
• Analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions
• Apply best practices to integrate technical and analytic skills
• Coach internal teams and resources for optimal performance
Requirements:
• 7 years of marketing research experience in CX metrics
• Strong ability to influence strategic business objectives
• Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI
• Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, or sciences
• Experience in healthcare or SaaS is a plus
