As we launch an exciting new hotel development, we are seeking a Senior Site Superintendent who can take full ownership of on-site execution and lead a complex, multi-story build from groundbreaking to grand opening.

This role is ideal for a construction leader who thrives in high-stakes environments, understands the nuances of hospitality construction, and has the authority, technical expertise, and leadership presence to drive results on site.

Your Mission on Site

As Senior Site Superintendent, you will be the driving force behind the successful delivery of a ground-up hotel project. You will:

Lead all on-site construction activities for a multi-story hotel development

Direct subcontractors, vendors, and field teams to ensure quality, safety, and schedule performance

Coordinate daily site operations, inspections, and trade sequencing

Enforce strict safety standards and regulatory compliance across the jobsite

Interpret drawings, specifications, and scopes to ensure accurate execution

Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, ownership, and inspectors

Monitor progress against schedule and proactively resolve technical and logistical challenges

Maintain detailed site documentation, reports, and punch lists

Ensure final delivery meets brand standards, design intent, and owner expectations

What You Bring

8+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent on commercial construction projects

Proven leadership experience on hotel or hospitality construction projects (essential)

Strong track record in ground-up, multi-story builds

Deep understanding of structural, MEP, and finishing scopes

Ability to interpret complex construction drawings and specifications

Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

Strong knowledge of OSHA safety standards (OSHA-30 preferred)

Ability to lead on-site full time with authority and professionalism

Preferred Experience

Franchise or brand-standard hotel developments

Turnkey commercial construction projects

Experience in fast-paced, schedule-driven environments where precision and accountability are critical
