Overview
Become a Site Superintendent with Magil Construction in Mississauga/GTA West. Support a range of institutional and commercial projects requiring expert coordination and management. This role is pivotal for managing multiple active sites focused on renovations and small-scale additions.
Responsibilities- Coordinate activities across diverse project sites
- Manage multiple projects while adapting to business needs
- Collaborate with subcontractors and account for site logistics
- Proactively address access and sequencing challenges
- Supervise productivity to uphold timelines and deliverables
- 5–10 years of site supervision experience
- Solid skills in planning and coordination
- Experience in commercial or institutional environments
- Excellent communication abilities with multiple stakeholders
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
