In this role, you will work closely with Project Managers and site teams to ensure timely and compliant project delivery. Strong communication is essential as you will assist with project documentation, budgeting, and compliance checks. Your expertise in construction coordination will be critical to success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist Project Managers in coordinating schedules and resources
• Support documentation and tracking of contracts and RFIs
• Maintain minutes and progress reports for meetings
• Communicate with clients and teams for issue resolution
• Monitor project risks and update the Project Manager
Requirements:
• Degree in Construction Management or relevant field
• Minimum 4 years of project coordination experience
• Understanding of construction processes and specifications
• Proficient in MS Office and project management tools
• Strong time management and organizational skills
