As an integral member of the project team, you'll assist the project manager in overseeing construction activities, scheduling, and compliance monitoring. Through effective collaboration with various stakeholders, you will help resolve issues and thereby ensure a smooth workflow. Attention to detail and proactive communication will be key as you prepare essential documentation and participate in financial tracking across the project.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage scheduling and coordination of construction tasks
• Collaborate on progress assessments with project teams
• Conduct inspections to uphold safety and quality
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and logs
• Assist in developing and monitoring project budgets
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or similar
• At least 5 years of experience with project coordination
• Familiarity with subway infrastructure projects preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
