A leading construction company specializing in high-rise projects is actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager to join its team in Toronto. This position offers a competitive salary range of $190,000 - $220,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage the project lifecycle for high-rise construction projects, from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Collaborate with senior leadership and the project management team to provide regular updates on project status, anticipated delays, or scope changes.
Lead and motivate project teams, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and working toward common goals.
Actively engage in the coordination of trades, vendors, and subcontractors, fostering strong relationships to ensure project success.
Develop and oversee the project schedule and budget, ensuring adherence and taking corrective actions as needed.
Manage risk, identify issues early, and implement solutions to minimize delays and cost overruns.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards throughout the construction process.

Skills and Experience:

Construction Expertise:  Proven experience managing high-rise construction projects, from initiation to completion.
Leadership:  Strong leadership skills with a track record of effectively managing large teams and driving project success.
Communication:  Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work closely with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Experience:

Minimum of 10+ years in project management, ideally within high-rise construction or large-scale residential/commercial projects.

Education:

Post-secondary degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.
Extra Consideration will be given to candidates with experience in:
High-Rise Construction, Project Management, Scheduling, Budgeting, Subcontractor Coordination, Safety Compliance, Quality Control, New Build Projects.
