Location:

Head Office – 6675 Rexwood Rd, Mississauga, ON L4V 1V1
Job Type: Permanent | Full-Time | Onsite
Anticipated Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Salary: $75,000 - $100,000 (based on experience)

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a Glazing Project Manager to play a key role in overseeing and executing complex glazing projects from start to finish, ensuring quality delivery, safety compliance, and budget adherence. What You’ll Do

Lead end-to-end management of multiple glazing and building envelope projects, ranging in scale from $100K to $10M

Review and develop project budgets, tender documents, and cost-tracking systems to ensure financial control throughout the project lifecycle

Collaborate closely with internal teams, clients, fabricators, consultants, and glazing installers to coordinate project execution, contract administration, schedule development, material selection, and field logistics

Interpret architectural and structural drawings, shop drawings, and specifications to ensure the proper installation of curtain wall, window wall, structural glazing, railings, doors, and canopies, all in compliance with applicable codes and technical requirements

Develop and maintain accurate project forecasts, budgets, schedules, and material delivery timelines, ensuring alignment with production and site activities

Coordinate procurement and timely delivery of custom glazing systems, aluminum framing, and specialty components. Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality and schedule expectations are met

Manage, mentor, and delegate tasks to supporting team members, ensuring effective workload distribution and accountability

Oversee project coordination including change orders, RFIs, submittals, site instructions, and quality assurance documentation in alignment with construction workflows

Utilize platforms such as Jonas, Bluebeam, Excel, Adobe, CAD/Sketch Up, and project management software to plan, track, and report on project progress

Lead site meetings and progress reviews, proactively resolving field issues to ensure timely resolution, clear communication, and client satisfaction

Enforce strict safety protocols, compliance standards, and quality control procedures throughout all project phases

Deliver results in a fast‑paced environment while maintaining strong communication and leadership

What You Bring to the Team

Minimum of 5 years of glazing project management experience, with strong exposure to curtain wall, window wall, structural glazing, canopies, windows, doors, and railing systems

Post-secondary education in architectural technology, construction management, or a related discipline preferred

PMP designation or equivalent certification is considered an asset

Proven ability to manage projects ranging from $100,000 to $10 million

Hands‑on installation experience is an asset, especially in fast‑turnaround commercial projects

Deep understanding of construction contracts, documentation workflows, and the full project lifecycle

Demonstrated ability to forecast project costs and manage budgets with accuracy and confidence

Skilled at reading and interpreting blueprints, shop drawings, and engineered designs

Strong attention to detail with excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving abilities

Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
