Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily project field operations and subcontractor coordination

• Administer project schedules and maintain cost control

• Implement quality assurance and review punch lists

• Generate daily reports and compile necessary documentation

• Mentor junior staff in their roles

Requirements:

• Must possess 10-Hour OSHA Construction Certification

• CPR and First Aid Certification required

• Knowledge of risk management techniques

• Familiarity with RFQ/RFP processes

• Awareness of local building codes
