Senior Project Coordinator

Drive project success as a Senior Project Coordinator at Bird in Mississauga, ON. This role reports directly to the Construction Manager and involves close collaboration with Project Managers and Site Superintendents.

In this senior role, you will support all aspects of project execution, ensuring on-site operations run smoothly. Your responsibilities will include facilitating pre-construction activities, assisting with tender processes, and ensuring all permits are acquired timely. A strong focus will be on opportunity management and fostering positive client relations to secure upcoming projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Project Managers in PIP form and KPI establishment

• Manage administrative set-up and document controls

• Assist with tender package submittals and contractor recommendations

• Prepare project budgets, schedules, and cost reports

• Identify and resolve project-related issues promptly

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of project coordination experience

• Undergraduate degree in engineering or construction management

• Familiarity with commercial and civil construction projects

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Ability to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines
