Position: HSE Administrator Ontario Division Graham

As part of Graham's Ontario Division, the HSE Administrator will interface directly with the HSE Supervisor while managing crucial health and safety programs on-site. Ideal candidates will leverage their knowledge in HSE management to foster a secure working atmosphere and minimize risks associated with construction activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead site safety initiatives and ensure compliance

• Train personnel with HSE orientations and talks

• Maintain accurate safety reporting and trend analysis

• Engage with clients through safety updates

• Participate in audits to drive continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalency

• National Construction Safety Officer certification needed

• Minimum 1 year experience in a related field

• Strong knowledge of HSE systems and incident investigation

• Proficiency in MS Office and online reporting systems
